A small London firm that keeps a register — and keeps it in good order.
We hold buildings. We let them to people who plan to stay. We fix what breaks. And we do it quietly, from a registered office in Stamford Hill.
Six lines of work we keep in the book.
-
§ 01
Residential
Active
Residential lettings
Long-term residential tenancies across London. We deal directly with tenants, handle the paperwork, and keep the properties in a condition we'd be willing to live in ourselves.
Registered activity: other letting and operating of own or leased real estate.
-
§ 02
Commercial
Active
Small commercial units
Shopfronts, workshops, and small offices let to local businesses. We prefer tenants who plan to stay, and we price accordingly.
No short-term churn. No inflated rents. No games with the lease.
-
§ 03
Upkeep
Active
Maintenance & repair
Boilers, roofs, wiring, damp — the unglamorous work that keeps a building habitable. We have a short list of trusted tradespeople and we keep on top of the schedule.
A building is only as good as the people who look after it.
-
§ 04
Tenancy
Active
Tenant relations
Direct communication, no call centres. Repairs are logged, scheduled, and done. If something goes wrong, we answer the phone.
Most of our tenants stay for years — that's the whole point.
-
§ 05
Admin
Active
Financial administration
Rent collection, service charges, insurance, statutory compliance. Handled quietly, on time, with a paper trail that matches the building.
Registered as a micro-enterprise: turnover under £1M, fewer than ten employees. That scale is deliberate.
-
§ 06
Holding
Active
Long-term stewardship
We buy to hold, not to flip. Decisions are made with a ten-year view rather than a quarterly one. Refurbishments are done properly, not cheaply.
Buildings outlast their owners — they deserve better than a quick coat of paint.
How a property moves through our hands.
Three quiet rules we keep.
I. Transparency. Clear rents, clear terms, clear communication. No hidden fees, no surprise clauses, no jargon designed to confuse. If a lease runs to forty pages, we will explain every one of them.
II. Longevity. We buy to hold. That means we care about the state of the building in ten years, not just the yield this quarter. Maintenance is an investment, not a cost to be minimised.
III. Attention. A dripping tap, a cracked tile, a boiler making an odd noise — small things become big things if you ignore them. We don't ignore them.
